2009 Carl Sagan's Contact Ellie Arroway, the director of "Project Argus" is in search of extraterrestrial intelligence. After encountering the first confirmed communication from extraterrestrial beings, what she discovers is more dramatic and unexpected than anyone could ever have predicted. A thrilling new musical with a score by European Composer of the Year, Peter Sipos, Lyrics by Amy Engelhardt. Adapted by Centerstage Artistic Director, Alan Bryce.

Lyricist Amy Engelhardt (right) and composer Peter Sipos met and worked with Carl Sagan's widow Ann Druyan at her home in Ithaca NY while writing the new musical "Carl Sagan's CONTACT," which opens at Centerstage Theatre in Federal Way on September 25, 2009. Recently Dr. Jill Tarter, who in real life searches for extra-terrestrial intelligence, met with Caitlin Frances who portrays Ellie Arroway from Carl Sagan's Contact.
