Overtime charges - overtime charges are accessed if your function runs over the time reserved. Please do not under estimate your hours - it is much more cost effective to over estimate the time and receive a refund than to under estimate and pay 'overtime' fees.

No food or beverages in the theatre, except bottled water. Food and beverages are allowed in the lobby or rehersal hall
